This means we take care of the process from start to finish and includes the following :
• Arranging a contract with landlords and agents.
• Light refurb / dressing and staging the property to attract the best tenants.
(E.g. New flooring (if needed), painting and decorating)
• Marketing, meeting and choosing the right tenants.
(Carrying out all the pre-move in checks to make sure they are who they say they are including right to Rent check, reference checks and credit checks)
• Moving in the tenants and managing that transition.
• Registering the deposit and doing all the move in compliance.
• Dealing with any issues that arise.
(From tenants, neighbours, council etc.)
• Inspections and cleaning of property regularly to make sure the property is well looked after
• Cover all small maintenance
• Advising and managing any compliance issues.
• Collecting the rent and getting it to you on time.
• Keeping you / landlord updated on how the property is being managed (if requested).
• Moving tenants out as and when needed.
• Dealing with any arrears, late payments etc.
